We are proud to announce that our team has been honoured with the JK AYA Architect of the Year Award 🏆✨
Receiving this prestigious recognition from Shri Ram Nath Kovind ji, Former President of India, and Ar. Shirish Beri sir, one of India’s most renowned architects, is truly an honour and a humbling moment for us.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Rana Pratap Singh and the entire JK team for their support and for making this platform possible.
This achievement reflects the collective effort, dedication, and collaboration of our entire team. Grateful for the journey so far, and motivated to continue creating meaningful and responsible architecture.

Sometimes the first sketch is not about precision but about feeling, about how spaces might overlap, extend, or float. Architecture begins with a line, and sometimes those lines lead to unexpected forms. A raw exploration of a residence in proportions and massing, layering and cantilevers, where each block begins to suggest function, flow, and possibility, imagining a home that both anchors to the earth and reaches out with bold gestures.

A spatial composition of greens and greys!
This garden proposal integrates a semi-formal plaza, casual lounging areas, and intimate nodes of seating and plantation, all nestled within soft boundaries of hedge lines for a sense of safety and comfort.
Designed to encourage slow movement, open interactions, and shaded rest, the layout is a response to both community needs and natural textures.
