TKS is proud to share that our respected Principal Ma’am was invited as a distinguished guest on the podcast “Shiksha Ki Baat Nidhi Ke Sath” by Samay Now News.
During the insightful discussion, she shared her valuable perspectives on various important aspects of education and school culture, including the unique culture of TKS, the changing education system in today’s scenario, holistic development of students and teachers, inclusive education, and addressing learning diversity among students.
She also highlighted the importance of strong student-teacher relationships, guidance and counselling in schools, and the vision and mission of the Choithram Group of Institutions. The discussion further covered parental pressure on students, how schools positively address such challenges, nurturing students’ strengths, and effectively connecting with the new generation of learners.
The podcast was an enriching exchange of ideas reflecting TKS’s commitment towards value-based, inclusive, and student-centric education.

🌏✨ Vietnam Student Exchange Program 2026 ✨🌏
The Choithram Group of Schools participated in the Student Exchange Program held in collaboration with The Nobel School, Vietnam, from 02 May to 09 May 2026.
The delegation comprised seven students:
• Harshil Goswami, Amay Rathi, Samaira Chugani, and Cristy Gaba from Choithram School Manik Bagh
• Asmi Gangwal and Isha Bihani from Choithram School North Campus
• Jayati Kabra from Choithram International
The group was accompanied by Ms. Ashwini Sajapurkar, Principal, Tirathbai Kalachand School.
The program provided students with an opportunity to experience a new culture, interact with international students, observe educational practices, and develop confidence, collaboration, communication, and global perspectives.
During the visit, students participated in school interactions, cultural exchange activities, and collaborative learning experiences. The exchange not only enhanced their understanding of Vietnam’s culture and educational values but also helped them build meaningful friendships and lifelong memories.
Such initiatives truly reflect the spirit of global learning and the vision of nurturing responsible, compassionate, and culturally aware learners.

Teachers are lifelong learners who must continuously upgrade their skills for tomorrow’s classrooms and create sustainable learning environments for holistic student development.
With this vision, Symbiosis Institute of Applied Science organised *Teacher Connect Programme - 3.0 - "Transforming Teaching with AI: Upskilling Teachers for Tomorrow's Classrooms"*, a two-day AI training program on 27th & 28th April 2026. It was a lifetime experience where teachers were equipped with practical AI tools to meet today’s educational demands. Teachers from our school Mr. Deepak Jain, Ms. Manorama Depawat, Ms. Pallavi Barhanpurkar and Ms. Poonam Chhabra were blessed to learn from eminent speakers, especially *Dr. Bhavana Chhibber*, *Dr. Durgesh Mishra*, and *Dr. Neha Gupta*, who provided hands-on training in various AI tools. The session was truly inspiring and will help integrate innovative practices in classrooms.

💃 Celebrating Talent & Culture on International Dance Day: Inter-House Solo Dance Competition 2026 🇮🇳
On the occasion of International Dance Day, 29th April 2026, our School successfully organised an Inter-House Solo Dance Competition, celebrating the joy of dance along with the vibrant spirit of culture and patriotism. The themes for the event were Patriotic and Folk Dance Forms, reflecting a beautiful blend of tradition and national pride.
A total of sixteen participants from four houses captivated the audience with their energetic and expressive performances. Each presentation showcased remarkable confidence, creativity, and strong stage presence, highlighting India’s rich cultural diversity.
The esteemed panel of judges, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, a dedicated Kathak dancer, and Ms. Aditi Oswal, a dance professional both from Choithram School, Manik Bagh, graced the event. They evaluated the participants on expression, costume & make-up, originality, and relevance to the theme. The judges appreciated the performers for their dedication and confidence, while also sharing valuable insights to help them refine their skills further.
On the same day, the prize distribution for the Class-wise Soft Board Decoration was also conducted by the judges, adding to the recognition of students’ creative efforts.
The event concluded on a high note, filled with positivity, appreciation, and meaningful feedback. It fostered a joyful atmosphere, promoting cultural learning and artistic expression among students. This activity is aligned with the Confidence and Celebrating Diversity parameters of our vision statement.

🍁Free Hand Drawing🍁
Free Hand drawing was conducted for class PPJ to PPS students. Free Hand Drawing is a style of drawing made without the use of guiding or measuring instruments. Because most children enjoy drawing. The toddlers were given freedom to draw Duck 🦢 and beautiful Doll🧍🏼♀️. Through this activity children gained good observation skills, good sense of proportions and a smooth motion of hand. activity helps in the development of hand eye coordination and fine motor skills. Little kids enjoyed the activity alot.

🐠Thumb Printing Activity 🐟
A Thumb Printing Activity ' was conducted for class PPJ to PPS students. This activity is a wonderful sensory experience for children. It strengthens their hand and finger muscles. Children enjoyed this messy play with their thumb and made impression on images of grapes 🍇 and fish 🐡 aquarium. Kids enjoyed the activity alot.

“Protect our Earth today for a better tomorrow.”
On the occasion of World Earth Day, celebrated on 22 April, a special morning assembly was conducted under the guidance of ENVECOPS CLUB, in collaboration with Yashasvi House. The assembly aimed to create awareness about environmental protection and encourage students to take responsibility for conserving nature.
The highlight of the assembly was a meaningful skit presentation by the students of Yashasvi House. Through their powerful performance, students beautifully depicted the harmful effects of pollution, deforestation, and careless human activities on our planet. The skit also delivered a strong message on the importance of saving natural resources like water and trees, inspiring everyone to adopt eco-friendly habits in their daily lives.
Students actively participated with enthusiasm and confidence, making the assembly engaging and impactful. The efforts of ENVECOPS CLUB and Yashasvi House were highly appreciated for spreading awareness and promoting environmental consciousness among students.

🌿Classwise “Best Out of Waste” Competition Inspires Creative Sustainability🌿

“Best Out of Waste” Competition was conducted for students of Classes VI to VIII. The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation as students transformed discarded materials such as plastic cans, bottles, newspapers, and boxes into innovative and useful creations.
The competition aimed to promote creativity, environmental awareness, and responsible use of resources. Through their imaginative models and crafts, students conveyed a powerful message—waste can be reduced, reused, and recycled to protect our environment.
This activity not only enhanced students’ creative skills but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards sustainable living. It encouraged them to think and contribute towards building a greener future.
🌍 On Earth Day, Grade III–V students made “Save Earth” crowns 👑 and led an awareness drive promoting tree planting 🌳, water saving 💧 & pollution control ♻️
