Hosted a beautiful Christmas themed dinner at the Qualia House Table. Everything was made from scratch and at home, this was a completely different experience as all the dishes were new to me. The flavours came out beautifully, all dishes were rightly balanced but also learned lot of new things. Also the dishes were inspired by the topic 'death' which made it even more interesting. My fav bit was the tofu that looked like a Christmas tree & the dessert 🀌🏻
Bellissimo.
1. Roasted pumpkin, carrot & ginger soup balanced with orange juice
2. Crispy marinated tofu with beet gochujang ketchup, spinach sauce, ash dust & fried basil
3. Charcoal cumin cracker, lemon basil pearls
4. Veg wellington, Parmesan potato mash & jus
5. Olive oil spiced chocolate mousse, ginger crumble, burnt honey creme & sesame tuile
