On Transgender Day of Visibility, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and existence of transgender lives. 🏳️‍⚧️
But in India, as new law continues to threaten our fundamental right to self-identify, our visibility is no longer just celebration - it is resistance.
We refuse systems that try to control, regulate, and deny our identities. We refuse to be silenced, erased, or reduced.
Our existence is not up for approval.
Our dignity is non-negotiable.
Today, we stand together - to speak, to resist, and to fight for a future where trans lives are respected, protected, and free.

Kakching Khunou is located approximately 50-60 kilometers from Imphal, situated in a semi-rural and border area of Manipur. Due to its geographical location and the recent conflict situations affecting surrounding regions, students in this area have experienced various forms of stress, uncertainty, and disruption in their academic and personal lives. Recognizing the importance of extending mental health awareness to such corner and conflict-affected areas, a One-Day Mental Health Awareness cm Counselling Program was organized on 19-02-2026 at Kakching Khunou College, Kakching Khunou.

As the Niranthara NE Program, Cohort-I, comes to an end, Ya_All is proud to announce that we have completed the year-long program aimed at strengthening grassroots organisations through a holistic capacity-building approach - enhancing efficiency, accountability, transparency, and visibility.
First of all, a big, big thank you to Mr. .hanjabam , our founder, for his visionary decision of introducing the team to an Organisation Change Management (OCM) program in hopes of building a sustainable, transparent, & accountable Organisation. Your motivation, dedication, and leadership have been an inspiration for all of us.
The OCM program's success can be mainly attributed to the dedication, hard work, and perseverance of ,our CFM, who has shown us that sincerity & discipline in the face of opportunity yield optimal results. We also thank our Ya_All team members for their support and cooperation in making this journey a success. Our endline score of 92.17% (against a baseline score of 13.91%) is a testament to the dedication of the team towards the OCM program.
This achievement of 92.17% remains incomplete without the constant and continued support of the Dhwani Foundation and Anaha Public Charitable Trust. We would like to take Wungmaya Lunghar, Abhilasha Bharali, Lorence Terang Kamei Chingkhiungam, and Dhanashri Kulkarni for their support, criticism, and encouragement extended to our team.
Ya_All pledges to uphold and translate these learnings in the days to come.
The Trans 2026 Bill threatens dignity, safety, and basic human rights. We refuse to accept laws that push our community backwards. We stand for a future where everyone is safe, seen, and respected. Reject the Trans 2026 Bill.

The third session for Project Thrive was held with the theme " Taking charge of your health: ART for adolescents living with HIV" facilitated by Philip Laishram.
The session focused on Antiretroviral Therapy (ART), explaining that ART is a combination of medications that helps people living with HIV stay healthy. The facilitator discussed the benefits of ART and explained when and how the treatment works best. A visual video was also shown to illustrate how the HIV virus functions in the human body, comparing its effects before and after ART, which helped clarify the concept for participants.
The session included an interactive activity where participants were given pieces of paper to write down their questions or concerns. This activity encouraged open discussion, allowing the facilitator to address the participants’ needs and provide clearer understanding on the topic.

Our football team decided to conduct a training session instead of a friendly match. The session focused on providing basic football training for children under 14 years of age, with a total of 25 students attending. After this, the team moved to another location i.e Heingang, Imphal, Manipur, to continue conducting similar sessions. Through these activities, we aim to create awareness about our work, showcase how we conduct our sessions, and highlight our efforts to support and train young children by giving them a strong foundation in football.

About Ya_All
Ya_All, which reads as “Yawol” in Manipuri translates to Revolution. It was formed on May 17, 2017 on International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. as a secret whatsapp group to discuss personal issues faced by q***r youths in Manipur, but due to the increased stigmatization and violence, and the need to create a visible support system for each other we came out openly as a collective and now we work all through the year as a registered inclusive youth network from 13th June 2019.
We are the first youth-q***r led and focused registered Youth Network in Manipur and North East who are working openly at grassroots level on youth and q***r issues. All the board and volunteers are under 35 years of age.
We provide a safe space through our initiative called “ Meitram” which is the first co-working and networking space owmed and run by q***r individuals in India. Meitram act as the Resource Hub and support through free peer counseling, free peer to peer training, capacity building and advocacy to educate , equip and empower young people and de-stigmatize the conversations around Sexual & Reproductive health and rights, Mental health & well being , Drug Use & Harm Reduction of adolecents, youths and LGBTI+ individuals .
