BEYOND GOVERNMENT JOBS. TOWARDS NEW OPPORTUNITIES.
At the completion ceremony of our 9th Batch Tactical Security and Fire Safety Training, Dr Thangjam Dhabali, Chairman & Managing Director of BABINA Group of Companies, encouraged the youth of Manipur to look beyond government jobs and embrace opportunities in the growing private sector.
His message was clear: skills, communication, discipline and confidence can open doors to meaningful careers.
With the completion of the 9th Batch, Homeland Security has enabled employment opportunities for 1,000+ youth, including internally displaced persons.
Now, we move towards our 10th Batch — a 90-day Tactical Security, Fire Safety & Soft Skills programme, completely free of cost with lodging and other facilities.
From skills to employment. From opportunity to empowerment.

BEHIND EVERY EVENT IS A MISSION TO SECURE, PROTECT AND STAY READY.
Long before an event begins, the responsibility of security is already in motion.
From planning and coordination to access control, crowd management, surveillance and emergency preparedness, every detail matters. Behind the scenes, trained professionals remain alert, disciplined and ready—working together to protect people and ensure every event unfolds safely and smoothly.
Because effective event security is not simply about being present. It is about anticipating risks, staying prepared and responding when it matters most.
For every client who places their trust in us, we understand that we are being entrusted with more than an event—we are being entrusted with people, reputation and responsibility.
That trust is something we earn through every deployment, every decision and every moment we stand ready.
SECURING WHAT MATTERS.
PROTECTING WHAT’S AHEAD.
READY FOR WHAT COMES NEXT.

A MOMENT OF RESPECT
It was a privilege to meet Commandant Md Akbar, Chief Medical Officer, Assam Rifles, and present him with a token of appreciation in recognition of his distinguished service and commitment to duty.
