Some Information regarding the types of Rice we are consuming and sub categories of it:

Broadly rice divided into *3 types*:
1. Sona masoori rice
2. HMT rice
3. Jaisriram rice

Jaisriram rice is thinner than HMT rice

HMT rice is thinner than Sona masoori rice

Again,the processing of rice is 2 types:
1.raw rice
2.non Raw rice

In Raw rice
Paddy is aged,then the moisture in paddy is removed by sunlight
In non Raw rice, moisture in paddy is removed by steaming, dryer
