JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment of all organization-wide positions to meet department and organizational recruitment goals and objectives. Manages and participates in requisition flow and applicant screening process. Sources candidates via direct, online and networking channels. Works with hiring managers to fill open requisitions for a wide range of non-exempt, professional and leadership positions.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Strong skills with utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, team members, leadership and external partners.
Weekly meetings with India offshore team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need. Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.
Publish progress report to management every week.
Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Experience in US staffing for 6 months to 2 years.
Experience working on W2 requirements with USC/GC.
Excellent sourcing skills both on active and passive searches.

Experience working with ATS and formatting resumes a plus.
