ನಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಜೊತೆಗಾರರು ಹೀಗಿರಬೇಕು,
೧. ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಎ, ಬಿ ಇ, ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ, ಡಿಪ್ಲೋಮಾ ಅಥವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಡಿಗ್ರೀ ಮುಗಿಸಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಕೊನೆ ವರ್ಷದ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿರುವವರು.
೨. ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿರುವವರು.
೩. ಜಾಣರೇ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಹಾಕುವವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
೪. Dot Net Technologies ಅಥವಾ PHP-MySQLಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. HTML, CSS, Javascript ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವ ಇರಬೇಕು.
೫. ಒಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೊಸತನ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ತುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವವರು.

ಸಂಬಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು:
೧. ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಹಿಡಿತವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಯೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಬಳವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
೨. ಕಲಿಯುವುದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಇದೆ ಎಂದಾದರೆ ಕಲಿಯುವವರೆಗೂ ಕಿವಿ ಹಿಂಡಿ ಕಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕಲಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಳ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
೩. ಕೇವಲ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಬದುಕುವ ಕಲೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಧಾರೆಯೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

ನಾಲ್ಕೈದು ವರ್ಷ ಅನುಭವವಿದ್ದು Freelancer ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬಯಸುವವರಿಗೂ ಸ್ವಾಗತವಿದೆ.
ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ. ಹುಡುಗ, ಹುಡುಗಿ, ಜಾಣ, ದಡ್ಡ, ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟೇಜು, ಮೊದಲ ಬೆಂಚು, ಕೊನೆ ಬೆಂಚು, ಬಡವ, ಬಲ್ಲಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಸೆಂಟಿಮೆಂಟುಗಳಿಲ್ಲ.
