The main stage of Rebeca 2025 on 13th April 2025 turned into a dazzling ramp as Zetwerk's Fiducia, the iconic Fashion Show of IIEST Shibpur, took over the night!✨✨💃

The designs crafted by our talented student designers as well as the models were students of IIEST, Shibpur. Every walk was a statement of creativity, confidence, and culture. 👗✨💃

Zetwerk's Fiducia wasn’t just a fashion show — it was a celebration of individuality, teamwork, and the flair of the BEings who owned the spotlight. 🔥🌟

The spotlight on Dashami the 13th of April 2025 shone brightest as the student bands of IIEST, Shibpur took over the main stage of Rebeca 2025! 🌟🎤

With thundering drums, electrifying guitar riffs, soulful vocals, and unstoppable energy, they turned the Lords Ground into a sea of music and ecstasy. Each performance carried the raw talent and unfiltered passion of every BEing.🎸💥

They proved once again that Rebeca iswhere talent finds its stage and memories are made for a lifetime. 💙🎶

13th April 2025, at Rebeca 2025 was a celebration of expression as two spectacular competitions lit up the hearts of the audience:✨✨

Solo Synergy – The solo dance performance competition where rhythm met passion. From classical grace to electrifying freestyle, every dancer poured their soul onto the stage, leaving the audience mesmerized with every beat. 💃🔥

Verse Wars – The poetry competition that turned words into weapons of beauty, wit, and thought. From heartfelt verses to fiery poetry, participants painted emotions with words and proved that poetry is where ideas find their voice. 🖋️🎤 🌟

The Moment We All Waited For – Anupam Roy Live at Rebeca 2025! 🎤💫🎶

The lights dimmed, the crowd roared, and the atmosphere turned electric as Anupam Roy and his band took the stage on 12th April 2025 for the most awaited performance Kolkata Night of Rebeca 2025. 💙🔥

With every chord, every lyric, and every heartbeat, the music echoed far beyond the grounds of IIEST, Shibpur. From soul-stirring anthems to crowd-favorite hits, Anupam Roy’s magical voice held thousands in rapt attention — singing, swaying, and living every note. 🎵

Fans gathered from all across Kolkata and West Bengal, united by the music of Anupam Roy.

The chords screamed, and hearts raced as Euphony, the Music Club of IIEST Shibpur, brought back the much awaited Rock Buzz — the ultimate band competition that set the tone for an electrifying Kolkata Night on 12th April 2025!!🎤⚡

With bands from Kolkata and around battling it out in a musical showdown, the evening was a heady mix of rock, metal, blues, and raw talent. Each group brought their own sound, energy, and crowd-ruling presence. 🎶🔥

The night hit a nostalgic high with a stunning performance by ‘Amra BEings’, the beloved alumni band, whose powerful set bridged generations and touched the heart of every BEing. 🎸🎙️✨

On 12th April 2025, 🎭✨ Rebeca 2025 transformed into a powerful medium of storytelling and expression as Les Thespians, the Drama Club of IIEST, Shibpur, presented two captivating stage dramas that left the audience spellbound:

🎙️ ‘Andha Yug’ – A timeless Hindi drama exploring the moral dilemmas and psychological aftermath of war, set in the final days of the Mahabharata.🔥

🎭 ‘Dampati’ – A brilliant Bengali play by Manoj Mitra, blending humor, satire, and social commentary. 🌿👏

Meanwhile, creativity took a hilarious turn with the Dumb Charades League organized by LitSoc, the Literature Society of IIEST Shibpur. 🤐🎉
With wild guesses, outlandish gestures, and uncontrollable laughter, it was a battle of wits and expression.

The most awaited and important event of Rebeca 2025, the Alumni Meet, was held on 12th April — a day that brought together generations of B.E. College Shibpur under one roof to celebrate legacy, leadership, and lifelong connection.

The event provided a powerful platform for the reuinion of alumni, students, and administration to share stories, ideas, and aspirations. Prof. Sudipta Mukhopadhyay, Acting Director, IIEST, Shibpur and Dean of Students' Welfare, and Prof. Anirban Gupta, Dean of International Relations & Alumni Affairs along with senior members of the faculty were also present during the meeting. 🤝

We were deeply honored to hear from our distinguished alumni who returned not only as proud former students but also as inspiring figures in their respective fields. A few notable alumni who graced the stage of this meeting are:

We were also proud to release the BECA Magazine, after a 6 year hiatus which consisted of both technical and creative writings of the currently enrolled Students of IIEST, Shibpur.

Adding a unique creative flair, students from the Department of Architecture and Planning took the stage with a performance that blended art, expression, and storytelling — a perfect fusion of vision and culture that left the audience mesmerized. 🎭🕺✨

The stage of Rebeca 2025 was set ablaze by the electrifying performances of ReflexoBeta, the Dance Club of IIEST, Shibpur, on BEings Night! ✨

From high-energy hip-hop to captivating contemporary, from desi beats to freestyle fire — every move, every beat, and every formation had the crowd cheering, clapping, and dancing along! 🕺🎶💫

Their performances stood as a bold expression of the spirit that lives within every BEing — fierce, free, and full of life! 💥

11th April 2025 was a night that bridged generations!

The Main Stage of Rebeca 2025 lit up with unstoppable energy, creativity, and heart on BEings Night as the spotlight shone on both the students and the alumni of B.E. College, Shibpur. 💫

From jaw-dropping magic tricks to energetic hoola hooping, and mesmerising band performances, the night was a whirlwind of entertainment that left the audience in awe. 🎩🎵💃

But the true highlight of the night was the live and energetic performance of the Alumni Band of 1969 who proved that the undying spirit of B. E. College lives in the heart of both alumni and students forever.
