A Quick Recipe:-
CHILLI GARLIC RICE🍲
In a heated pan take 2 tbp of oil, 1 tbs of mustard seeds, handful of curry leaves, 1 tbs of channa dal, 1 tbp of urad dal. After few minutes add 5-7 fine chopped garlic and saute it for few seconds.
Next, add 2 cups of boiled rice. Now make sure you fry the rice well and mix it with the oil.
Next, add 1 tsp of KISHORE CHILLI POWDER. 1/2 tsp of KISHORE TURMERIC POWDER, salt to taste and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix it well.
Add more KISHORE CHILLI POWDER according to you taste and preference.
You quick meal made with authentic indian spices is ready.
