Easy to customise, you can make them as indulgent or healthy as you desire. today I have made it with a healthier twist, you can opt for lean proteins, and load up on veggies as you prefer. 🥗🥬 Recipe: Recipe: -1 tbsp oil -cubed paneer -1 tbsp salt -2 tbsp Mexican seasoning -1 cup corn -1 tbsp paprika powder -1 tbsp oil -1 cup boiled black beans -1 tbsp finely chopped garlic -1 tbsp cumin powder -1 tbsp tomato paste -Salt to taste - 1 tsp Mexican seasoning Bake a tortilla in the oven until it’s golden brown, top it off with some lemon coriander rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, black beans, cheddar cheese, sautéd corn & paneer!
