Syrniki (cheesy pancakes) freshen minimal sweet Russian breakfast . Hey peeps it's for all you foodies, even if you aren't into cooking easiest home cooked with the available ingredients . Yes, so let's deliver something new to our everyday plate's , start your day with something russian ?
For the dough
350 g pressed farmers cheese
2yolks
45g sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
35g flour(extra for rolling)
35g raisins
Vegetable oil /butter for frying

• mix it all well, cover it with baking sheet or a parchment paper .

• flour the counter generously , dumb the mixture , cut into inch slice and shape or drudge each ball lightly in flour .

• heat vegetable oil/butter over medium heat , cook striking in middle of your pan. Cook until golden brown.

• preheat oven to 350F

• once they are fried (syrniki) , place in over on baking sheet for 5minutes.

• Here you ready to serve yum yum syrniki on plate with ☕
