It is the ultimate question that completely shifts the dynamic of any relationship.When someone brings you gossip or disrespect disguised as "just looking out for you,"our immediate human reaction is to get angry at the person who originally said it.The ego fixates on the insult. But true spiritual awakening and deep energetic discernment require you to look right past the insult and examine the messenger.
Gossip and disrespect are incredibly dense,low-vibrational energies.They cannot survive in an environment that doesn't actively Feed them.
People do not speak badly about you to someone they know will fiercely defend your name.If someone felt perfectly comfortable sitting in a room and tearing down your character to your"friend,"it is because your friend provided a safe, welcoming energetic container for that disrespect to happen.They didn't shut it down.They matched the frequency.
As you level up your personal development and protect your peace,you have to radically audit your inner circle.True loyalty isn't just about how someone treats you to your face;it is about the boundaries they enforce when your back is turned.If your circle is comfortable entertaining your disrespect,it is time to find a new circle😊
