1.Experience of operating Technical Textile machineries like Karl Mayer/LIBA Knitting machineries, Dornier weaving machineries
2. Basic knowledge of glass fabric production line.
3. Experience of helping main operator irrespective to any machine.
4. Knowledge of using measuring instruments like measure tape, Vernier caliper, degree protector, right angle etc. 5. Knowledge of reading and understanding of product drawings and working instructions.
6. Hard work acceptability of continuous loading and unloading activities at creel area
