We hope you've got:

● Efficient at using the Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, illustrator,
premiere, flash and Sketch.
● Good verbal and written communication- English and Assamese
● An online portfolio (a must) demonstrating strong visual skills in Graphic and Web
design.
● A passion for user experience and interest in understanding their behavior.
● Great command over design principles.
● Strong understanding of popular trends on social media, viral content and
memes.
● A strong urge to learn new things and the ability to unlearn, when necessary.
● A strong understanding of color, layout, spacing, and typography.
● Experience in graphic/visual design, with working experience on Social Media,
websites, marketing collaterals, ad collaterals, etc.
● Expert skills at visual storytelling using illustrations and iconography.
● Able to design images/graphics for social media profiles and campaigns including
elements like avatars, images, banners, and ads.
● Proficient at creating image-based content for social sharing including memes, blog
post images and visual content like "spot the difference", mashups and morphs
● Able to follow client brand guidelines exactly and effectively portray brands and brand
values visually
● Must be discreet with confidential information of which he/she has access.
● Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
● Education in design (NIFT/NID, related discipline etc) and experience in animation,
video editing would be encouraged.
