Almost everybody believes it's important to know self defence - but when it comes to actually learning it, less than 5% of the general public ever do.

Which is something that's very difficult to comprehend, given that it just takes about to year to learn the very basics of self defence in a way that you can apply them to life threatening situations.

Leave the public, let's talk about you and your loved ones.

The never ending crisis 🤣🤣🤣

This is why I force myself to compete or shoot atleast once a year so that I force myself to cut and get super lean. The rest of the year, strength remains priority thanks to the need to battle my osteoporosis.

This is why macro or annual goal setting is important so that you can focus on the bigger picture and not just on instant gratification.

The workshop will cover all the essentials of APPLIED NUTRITION SCIENCE for high performance combat athletes, weight cutting, non steroidal performance enhancement and building your own diet chart.

This workshop will cover all the basics of nutrition - macros and micros, an overview of diet planning and cycling, and key notes on what to look out for and what to avoid in supplementation and in the grossly overlooked skill of reading nutrition labels and looking through marketing jargon in the nutrition industry so that you don't waste money on pointless, underdosed supplements and well marketed "superfoods".

The end goal of the workshop is to enable you to design your own Nutrition plan according to your goals and enable you to make smarter decisions in the way you prioritise your diet and supplementation, saving you time, money and a lot of effort in the long run.

There's a huge difference between throwing trained strikes and randomly waving hands and calling them punches.

If you don't train to fight, when the occassion ever arises, don't be surprised when you realize that you can't really fight as well as you imagined you can.

It's never too late to start learning to fight.
(Don't worry, everyone starts slow and on pads and bags and with equal level individuals first - it's not like you're thrown into a fight on your very first class like most people imagine it to be)
