This elevator is one of our favourite solutions for residential projects. It doesn’t require a lift pit and needs only about a foot of overhead space to operate, making it far easier to integrate into a home. The glass shaft keeps the experience open and light, helping the elevator feel like part of the architecture rather than a separate addition.

AC grilles can make or break a ceiling design. That’s why we believe they should never be treated as an afterthought. One of the most important parts of luxury design is often the least visible. Utilities, access panels, and service elements need to be practical without disrupting the overall experience of a space. One of our preferred solutions is to integrate them within wall panelling, allowing them to remain easily accessible while blending seamlessly into the design.
