Pandit Sri. Kirodimal (Kuremal) in 1906, setup his Chaat & Kulfi stall, near ‘14 Gates’ in Old Delhi.
Chaat, a roadside snack, traditionally was served on the leaves of Sal or Teak tree. These leaves are known to impart a subtle flavor to the food, enhancing the overall food experience.
A concoction of many ingredients, sometimes as many as 53, Chaat got its name due to its ability to keep the consumer licking till the last morsel served.
Fourth Generation of Kuremal collaborates with the Fifth Generation of Kanudia Family, to open their first outlet in Gurgaon, at Iredus Café & Experiences.
