Description:

Responsible for planning Mammalian Cell Culture/Microbial Manufacturing suite running upstream / downstream processes in support of clinical and commercial protein manufacturing of biosimilar products, in order to meet quality parameters, productivity and efficiency goals.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 To 9 years extensive experience with area-relevant processes and technology
Experience with Quality Systems such as Deviation, CAPA, Change Control Systems required
Experience in troubleshooting, investigation, root cause and risk analysis in a CGMP environment required.
Excellent communication skills, good presentation skills
Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial and clinical manufacturing of Biosimilar mAbs and therapeutic proteins.
Technology transfer and Scale-up for Cell Culture and Purification
Facility Management including inspections and audits
Ensures the safety of work practices
Ensures that all production activities are in compliance with CGMPs
Ensures staff is sufficiently trained to perform their job responsibilities
Provides technical subject matter expertise for the area
Oversees, either directly or indirectly, investigations and process deviations
Carrying out activities related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management as per SOP
Awareness/Knowledge on the consequences of not following Standard Operating Procedures related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management

Office Purchase Incharge - 6 year exp - Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Manage all purchase activities related to the factory raw materials (domestic & import), spares, consumables, etc. to ensure timely availability of all materials for smooth functioning of the factory

2. Coordinate with the store and production department in the factory to assess material requirement

3. Place order of all materials required and conduct required follow ups on the basis of tracking their status

4. Manage logistics and transport vendors to ensure timely availability of material at efficient costs

5. Maintain weekly and monthly stock, incoming and consumption data so as to make the purchase process efficient

6. Ensure high stock turn over and reduced dead stock issues by ensuring FIFO

7. Tally material received note to the purchase order to ensure correct material and quality has been received

8. On the basis of material receiving note from factory, make purchase entry vouchers

9. Maintain creditor accounts and conduct monthly creditor reconciliation

10. Prepare creditor outstanding list for the management for making payments

11. Identify, shortlist and negotiate with vendors in Delhi and surrounding market for local supplies such as spares, consumables, hardware, etc.

12. Act as the management go to person for any new work / task and assist the management in carrying out their tasks

13. Conduct payment follow ups with tenants of the properties given on rent, conduct quarterly inspection visits and get maintenance work done (if required)

14. Help the management in laying out systems and formats for reporting and managing works

15. Make purchase account from receiving details from factory

16. Maintain office services by organizing office operations & procedures

17. Logistics development and coordination for incoming and outgoing material

18. Maintain attendance reports of office staff, local and outstation sales team; and thereafter prepare payroll

19. Manage the marketing team expenses and reports under the guidance of the management

Experience -
