“Every great office has a coffee corner. This one has a rabbit.“

Spring House runs on good design and strong coffee.
The pantry zone was designed to feel like a place you actually want to be, not just pass through. A circular caramel banquette, a curated counter, typographic globe pendants, and one very opinionated rabbit.

This is what a break looks like when it’s properly designed.

POV: The photoshoot was supposed to be professional. 🤭

Between perfect frames, retakes, spontaneous dance moves, and way too many laughs, this is what really goes on behind the scenes. Because great spaces like Spring House deserves great memories too.

A little chaos, a lot of creativity, and a team that knows how to have fun while making magic happen. ✨

“Every room has a name. Every name has a reason.”

At Spring House, even the meeting rooms refuse to be ordinary.
From a gallery wall that rivals a curated exhibition to a round table where light rewrites the room every hour. Each space was designed for a different kind of conversation. Same building. Different world.

Does your office have spaces that help people think?

“When light becomes the main character, the space starts speaking for itself..”

Not every design detail is something you can touch. Sometimes, it’s the way light quietly moves through a space.

We designed to let natural light become part of the architecture itself, shaping textures, framing volumes and changing the mood through the day.

Because when light is treated like a material, every corner begins to feel alive.

Save this if light is a material you design with.

“Different zones. One language. Zero compromise.”

At Spring House, every zone serves a different mode of work - focused, collaborative, transitional, while remaining visually continuous. The challenge wasn’t fitting it in. It was making it feel like it always belonged.

Planning a commercial space? Let’s talk about what your team actually needs.

“The colour wasn’t chosen. It was inherited.”

Every material decision at Spring House traces back to a single source: the brand’s own teal.

Fluted glass to diffuse, metallics to reflect, matte surfaces to absorb. The palette doesn’t fight for attention, it creates continuity. Swipe through the material story.

Which finish is your favourite? Tell us in the comments.

“One colour. Infinite intention.”

Spring House is live.

A managed workspace in Gurgaon where the brief was simple: design a space that feels like the brand without stating it. Teal , drawn directly from their logo, became the thread that ties every zone together. Not loud. Not everywhere. Just present, the way a good idea should be.

Purpose-built energy in every corner.

Save this post if you love spaces that mean something.

Some details don’t scream for attention, they quietly define the entire space.

From sculpted arches that soften the geometry, to concealed doors that disappear into the walls, every element in this workspace was designed to feel seamless, intentional, and a little unexpected.

And yes, even the AC unit got its own disappearing act behind the custom chess-table inspired paneling in the conference room.

Design is always in the details and this project for Singh Properties is full of them.
