Stepping down into dwelling 2x2 one arrives via a landscaped sunken courtyard into ABD’s studio-lounge. The basement is planned at various levels to spatially create different zones for the workspaces, meeting area & lounge. Finishes like exposed concrete, textured limewash, wood & dark metal give emphasis to the desired contemporary-industrial aesthetic.
