A report by AIRINC states that relocation companies fail to comprehend the financial information for their mobility projects leading to major disparities in the pre-move estimates and actual spending.

A landmark immigration bill has been proposed in the United States Congress. If passed, it will bring a complete overhaul of the current immigration policies. The new policy includes flexibility for people who are living unlawfully in the United States, along with presenting an 8-year path of citizenship for them.
Expats suggest that if the bill is enacted, it is going to benefit a large number of Indians, especially IT professionals who face the brunt of the current immigration policy.

The UK’s new immigration has brought about a profound change in the immigration policy and granting visas to working professionals. Effective from 1st January 2021, Tier 2 general visa is being replaced by a Skilled worker visa with considerable relaxation.

The minimum educational requirements for acquiring a worker's visa has been changed from Degree-level to A-level. The annual threshold of salary has also been reduced to 25,600 pounds from the previous 30,000 pounds which will give the UK based employers incentive to hire international skilled workers.
