one of the bests I’ve ever had & these weren’t pad Thai noodles. so juicy, how they talk of dimsums in China oozing juicy actually. average , I’ve had better at many places. as good as any other Asian restaurant.

Simple Summer salads !

I’d a lot of leftovers in my fridge & so I basically mixed everything up before it went to waste. And that’s the trick with most of the summer salads. Easy & quick!

Recipe -

Chopped parsley (maximum quantity as it’s the base of the salad)
Basil 🌿 (few leaves)
Concord Grapes 🍇 (a big bunch)
Strawberries (about 7-8)
Seedless Cucumber 🥒 (1 entire)
Pistachios (about 20)
Feta cheese (30gms or as per taste)
Yellow bell pepper (you can use any colour one you like, but I won’t recommend green as it isn’t as sweet to taste)

For dressing -
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Pancake Date syrup
Aloo bukharaa preserve .in
Salt as per taste

Date syrup : Bukharaa preserve = 1:4

Half a spoon of date syrup & 2 spoons of preserve !

ENJOY the yummiest freshest salad 💚
