Yesterday, we had an opportunity to put our anti-griddle/frozen pan ice cream counters at Trident Hotel, Gurgaon. It was a marriage with gathering of around 800 guests. Most of the people were unaware of this concept of making ice cream, right from the scratch, on a frozen tawa. They not only curiously watched the entire process of making, but were delighted to find the taste so so good. We got an exceptionally great response and feedback.
Even cold weather could not stop them from having a bite of it.
Rightly said...... it's never too cold to have an ice cream.
