Prana Mandrem

We’ve added a fresh set of t-shirts to the Vaayu collection, created in collaboration with our longtime friend and super talented artist . This batch features some of our favourite surf spots in North Goa. Ashwem, where Vaayu Village once lived, Mandrem, where we are now, and Baga, one of the OG surf spots.

Vaayu and Prana have always been shaped by collaborations with people from our community, and our cocktail program at Prana is no different.
Evgenya has been living and shaking up drinks in Goa since 2011, with years of experience and international awards to her name. She’s been visiting Vaayu for years, and our collaboration really came together at Prana Anjuna, built on a shared belief in the space, the community, and the values Vaayu has stood for over the years.
To extend that philosophy and convert it into liquid form, the cocktail program for Prana was designed with meticulous attention to detail. We took a supremely organic approach with ingredients, maximising fresh produce and tropical flavours - only vibrant, bright, crisp concoctions.
So the next time you’re at Prana, take a moment to explore the refreshed cocktail menu. There’s a drink for every mood.

With a heavy heart we share that our oldest of the Vaayu pack, Shadow, passed away yesterday.
Shadow Baba was one of those special creatures you meet in your life. The most polite and wise gentlemen we will ever come across. He invited every human and every animal that walked into Vaayu since the very beginning. Every morning he would walk down to the beach with the surf Instructors and spend his days lazing in the surf shop, cafe or in the lounge. Never missed a single sunset on the beach or a chance to make a new friend. After the cafe closed he would sleep on one of the room balconies so our guests would feel safe at night. Shadow lived a full and amazing life, he taught us to enjoy every sunset and treat every friend with grace and acceptance.
We all love him and are so grateful for his presence at Vaayu. We’re so glad we had so many lovely years together filled with sweet moments.
It’s time to let you go buddy.
