🧜🏽‍♀️ Destination Swims and Inter-state Swim: For anyone open to a lil more adventure in their lives, want to test their physical endurance and mental resilience.

🧜🏻‍♂️ Sea Swimming Camp for Triathlons and Swimathons: A two day camp that covers the basics of open water swimming, but with the extra special focus on open water race specific drills - mental fortitude, nutrition, swimming technique, entry, exit turning, sighting, manouvering yourself in a crowd. This will get you race ready!

Get ready with race specific drills that make you more confident in the sea, that give you an edge over others, and finish a timed 1.9km race to see where you stand!

We’re heading back to the water for the legendary route from Dona Paula Jetty to Bambolim Bay. This isn’t about podiums or stopwatches—it’s about the open sea, great company, and the ultimate support squad of kayaks, a boat and the SEA.

Taking up more and more space in the sea - new swimmers, seasoned swimmers - everyone showed up from so many different parts of Goa, to celebrate the sea and themselves!

Shoutout to who held space and helped everyone present regulate their nervous system, and drop into their breath, to work through the fear of being in the open water!

Time to trade the morning coffee for a hit of saltwater and shared strength. To celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re heading to the shoreline to connect, recharge, and build our tribe.

We believe the best way to meet the waves is with a clear mind and a steady heart. Our gathering begins on the sand with a guided pre-swim breathwork session, led by Tulsi Menon, an open water swimmer from the GOWSC tribe.

Following the breathwork, we will head into the water together. Whether you’re an avid ocean swimmer or a casual wader, the goal is to embrace the salt, the sun, and the shared laughter of the women beside you.
