Q.G
This appears to be a millipede (not a snake or centipede).
You can tell because:
It has a long, cylindrical body with many segments.
There are two pairs of legs on most body segments.
It moves slowly and curls up when disturbed.
Millipedes are generally harmless to humans. They do not bite, but some species can release a mildly irritating fluid as a defense. They help break down dead leaves and plant material.
If this was filmed in Sikkim or nearby Himalayan regions, it's likely one of the common large brown millipede species found in moist areas after rain.
