An Oppo A16 came in with its display completely separated from the frame — the glue had failed and the panel was hanging loose.
I removed the old unit safely, cleaned the frame and adhesive area, and installed a brand-new display with proper alignment and bonding.

If you ever see your screen lifting or coming out from the frame, get it checked immediately. Using the phone in this condition can damage the flex, backlight/IC, or even the motherboard.

Customer Tried to Fix It… Made It Worse 😑 S20 FE Button Repair

This Samsung S20 FE came in with a dead power button — completely stuck with no clicking feel.
On inspection, I found superglue applied around the button area and even cello-tape on the volume keys to stop them from falling out.

⚠️ Important reminder:
Please never use superglue or hard adhesives on phone buttons or frames.
They seep inside, freeze the mechanism, damage the plastics/paint, and make future repairs much harder (and costlier).
Always get it checked by a technician instead.

I cleaned the glue (left minor scratches) and installed new buttons.
