കുട്ടികളുടെ ചെറിയ പ്രായത്തിലെ emotions നമുക്ക് “ഇതൊക്കെ ചെറിയ കാര്യമാണ്” എന്ന് തോന്നാം…
പക്ഷേ അവർക്ക് അത് ചെറിയ കാര്യമല്ല.

ഒരു കുഞ്ഞ് കരയുമ്പോൾ
“കരയണ്ട” എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് അടച്ചു പൂട്ടുമ്പോൾ,
അവൻ/അവൾ പഠിക്കുന്നത് —
“എന്റെ emotions important അല്ല” എന്നതാണ്.

ഒരു കുഞ്ഞ് പേടിക്കുമ്പോൾ
“ഇതിൽ എന്താ പേടിക്കാൻ?” എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചാൽ,
അവർ slowly അവരുടെ feelings hide ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങും.

ചെറിയ പ്രായത്തിൽ കേൾക്കപ്പെടാത്ത emotions,
വളർന്ന് വരുമ്പോൾ
anger issues ആയി മാറാം…
overthinking ആയി മാറാം…
self doubt ആയി മാറാം…
അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആരോടും തുറന്ന് സംസാരിക്കാനാകാത്ത അവസ്ഥയായി മാറാം.

നമ്മൾ പലപ്പോഴും കുട്ടികളുടെ behaviour correct ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിക്കും…
പക്ഷേ behaviour ന്റെ പിന്നിലെ emotion മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കാറില്ല.

ഒരു plant നു വെള്ളം കൊടുക്കാതെ leaves മാത്രം polish ചെയ്താൽ അത് healthy ആകില്ല…
അതുപോലെയാണ് കുട്ടികളും.
Emotionally safe ആയ ഒരു environment ആണ് അവരുടെ real growth ന്റെ root.

Some conversations are not with people…
They happen between rain, tea, and our thoughts. ☔️☕️

Late night scrolling easy ആണ്…
പക്ഷേ രാവിലെ 5 മണിക്ക് എഴുന്നേൽക്കാൻ mind negotiation തുടങ്ങും.

“Reading books is boring…
Waking up early is boring…
Doing the same job daily is boring…
Exercise is boring…
Practicing is boring…
Discipline is boring…”

പക്ഷേ funny ആയ ഒരു കാര്യമുണ്ട്…
Life-il nammale next level-il എത്തിക്കുന്ന almost ella kaaryangalum ആദ്യം bore തന്നെയാകും.

Because…
Success mostly comes wrapped in repetition.
Entertainment gives excitement.
Growth gives resistance.

Many people quit not because they are incapable…
But because they mistake boredom for “wrong path.”

“மரங்கள் பேசாது…
ஆனா மனசுக்கு அமைதி கொடுக்கும்.”

Among tea leaves and mountain breeze…
I belong here.

ഈ ലോകത്തിലെ 99% ആളുകളും സ്നേഹിക്കാനും സ്നേഹിക്കപ്പെടാനും ഒരു കാരണം ഉണ്ട്….

These were the little treasures of our childhood…

പണ്ടൊക്കെ 8,9 കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന വിടുകൾ ചുരുങ്ങി രണ്ടും ഒന്നുമായി .. ആ ഒരു കുട്ടി കരയുന്നത് കാണാൻ പറ്റാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് അവനെ വിഷമിപ്പിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് അവനോട് നോ പറയാൻ പറ്റാത്ത permissive parent ആയി മാറി ഒട്ടുമിക്കവരും.. അതിന്റെ consequnences എന്തായിരിക്കും ?
