Handcrafting a bamboo pavilion in Nagaland — a dream shaped through sustainable architecture.
We didn’t just build a structure. We followed something inward — patiently, instinctively, guided from above.
Shaped by hand.
Not perfect — but honest.
A reminder of how far He’s brought us.

A wonderful experience partnering with Dimapur Police in developing bamboo barricades for traffic management.
COMMISSIONER OF POLICE DIMAPUR LAUNCHES BAMBOO BARRICADES
Commissioner of Police Dimapur, Rothihu Tetseo IPS officially launched the bamboo barricades for Dimapur Police today 4th August 2020 from Commissioner Police office DImapur.
In his speech, Tetseo mentioned about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan program, which aims for making India, a self-reliant nation by using locally available products.
Keeping in mind the vision of Modi, Dimapur Police has come up with the idea of using Bamboo barricades as the materials are locally available in plenty, with low cost for production and low maintenance, besides encouraging local entrepreneurs, Tetseo maintained. Bamboo barricades would be used for saving human lives and regulating traffic rules, and it would stand on behalf of Dimapur Police CP added.
Amidst the pandemic, Dimapur Police has been working sincerely and has earned revenue of more than 7 lakh which is still continuing and the cash realised through challans are judiciously deposited to the Government account, Tetseo informed. Stating that it was possible only because of good team work by the traffic party, Tetseo congratulated all the traffic personnel led by DCP traffic and reminded on the important role of traffic regulation. "If you work sincerely you can save human lives and this is the best opportunity to serve the people," Tetseo encouraged.
It may be mentioned that police has been using barricades made of plastic and metal since long, and the idea of using treated bamboo as barricades for assistance in traffic management which could be first of its kind was conceptualized by one of the unit officer, T. Henthai Phom NPS, ACP Traffic Zone II. Through the support and encouragement of CP Dimapur and DCP Traffic, Jatila, the project saw the light of the day with the formal launching by CP.
The bamboo barricades were manufactured by Khari Design led by Menuolhoulie Kire.
Dimapur Police would be using the bamboo barricades and collapsible wooden barricades for multiple purposes, as traffic assistance tool, for road safety purposes, and as temporary traffic signs for informing commuters about condition of roads etc.
The program was chaired by ACP Traffic Zone II, Henthai Phom while Pastor, PBCD Levi Rhakho offered the dedicatory prayer.
