Leg of lamb roast.
Marinade ingredients:
🧄 Minced garlic
🌱Dried oregano
🌿Dried rosemary
🫒 Evoo
💛 Dijon mustard
🧂Black pepper
🍋 Lemon juice
🌶️ My Naga spice blend (which will be available soon)😉
Instructions:
Make cuts in your meat
Slather the marinade evenly
Marinate overnight or at least 4 hours
Cover with foil
In a pre heated oven, cook at 180c for 2 hours
Remove the foil & cook uncovered at 220c for 30 minutes
Please let it rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
Enjoy with your fav. accompaniments.
