The builder not providing the basic Amenities to the residents and since long trying to silent them by using force.
This Video was of 28.12.2017 when the builder was in power and send Goons from the Authorities to demolish the Residents flat who were part of demanding basic amenities. So it's not about only today it's from the starting the builder tried to make the residents quite.
