Strengthening Industrial Growth in Jammu & Kashmir
A landmark meeting was held with the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) and its President, Mr. Javed Ahmed Tenga, to discuss the future of regional entrepreneurship. To solidify this collaboration, a decision was reached to sign a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the MSME Development Forum.

This strategic alliance is designed to create a unified framework for industrial development and policy advocacy within the region. By merging the expertise of both organizations, the partnership will facilitate better networking, trade opportunities, and resource sharing for local enterprises. Srinagar, May 02, 2026 — A delegation from the MSME Development Forum, led by Founder Chairman Shri Rajnish Goenka, met with the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhawan today. The discussion focused on strengthening the MSME ecosystem in the region, enhancing industrial growth through new entrepreneurship opportunities, and bridging the gap between policy and grassroots implementation to better support local businesses. This meeting marks a significant step toward building a more resilient and self-reliant J&K.

Rajasthan MSME Sector Set for a New Dimension
The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, has assured active state participation in the upcoming 12th International MSME and Startup Expo. This commitment was made during a meeting with a delegation led by Shri Rajnish Goenka, Chairman of the MSME Development Forum.

• Infrastructure: Developing ‘Plug and Play Industrial Parks’ with modern facilities for small and medium industries.
• High-Tech: Focusing on component manufacturing for the semiconductor, defense, and space sectors.
