सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला — “किरायेदार कभी मालिक नहीं बन सकता!”

देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने साफ-साफ कह दिया —
किरायेदारी चाहे 5 साल की हो या 50 साल की,
मालिक तो मालिक ही रहेगा! ⚖️

हाल ही में आए ज्योति शर्मा बनाम विष्णु गोयल केस में
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ऐतिहासिक टिप्पणी की —

“किरायेदार मालिक की इजाज़त से रहता है,
इसलिए प्रतिकूल कब्जे (Adverse Possession) का नियम यहां लागू नहीं होता।”

यानी साफ शब्दों में —
🏠 किराया भरने वाला मालिक नहीं बन सकता,
चाहे दशकों तक वहीं क्यों न टिका रहे!

कोर्ट ने कहा —

“संपत्ति पर अधिकार हमेशा मालिक का ही रहेगा,
और वह कभी भी अपनी संपत्ति वापस पाने का हकदार है।”

💥 अब यह फैसला उन तमाम केसों के लिए मिसाल बनेगा,
जहाँ किरायेदार मालिकाना हक का दावा करते हैं!
