A few decades ago, the age of puberty was 14-15 years old. However nowadays it has reduced to as early as 8-9 years old.
There are many factors involved in this like Nutritional status, Environment and emotional well-being all affect pubertal timing. Nutritional changes have a key role in this.
Few changes can help our girls to prevent early puberty.
1. Exposure to sunlight: Vitamin D deficiency is linked to Early puberty, So make sure that your child gets enough of it.
2. Seasonal fruits and vegetables: Ensure your child eats well-balanced meals, focusing on natural and seasonal food rather than packed or processed food.
3. Physical Activity: Our kids are spending more time on digital devices and due to this their physical activity is restricted and they are gaining weight leading to high BMI and contributing to Early puberty.
4. Reduce plastic use: I would rather say stop plastic use because they have phthalates which are endocrine disruptors. Try to use steel or glass containers instead.
5. Limit fragrance products: Instead of it use natural essential oils. The compounds in scented candles interfere with the synthesis, secretion, transport, activity, and/or elimination of natural hormones. They can also block and mimic hormone action, causing a wide range of effects.

God is so good to give us new days and New Years since He knows we need so many times to start over.
Start over, my darling. Be brave enough to find the life you want and courageous enough to chase it. Then start over and love yourself the way you were always meant to.

Some of the best foods for hair growth are foods that have high nutritional value like eggs, leafy greens, and nuts.Deficiencies in nutrients can affect hair health.
Many people want strong and healthy hair, especially as they grow older.
However, how fast it grows and how healthy it is depend on many factors including age, overall health, genetics, environmental exposure, medications, and diet.
Although you can’t change some factors like age and genetics, one factor you likely have more control over is your diet.
Vitamins and minerals from food play an important role in the hair follicle growth cycle and in cellular turnover.
Eating a balanced diet that is rich in these vitamins and minerals may help promote hair growth, especially if you’re experiencing hair loss due to poor nutrition.
1)Nuts: Nuts are tasty, convenient, and contain a variety of nutrients that are important for hair growth like B vitamins, zinc, and essential fatty acids.
2)Sweet Potatoes: It is a great source of beta-carotene. The body converts this compound into vitamin A, which is linked to hair health.A medium sweet potato (about 114 grams) contains enough beta carotene to provide up to 160% of your daily vitamin A needs.
3)Eggs: Eggs are a great source of protein and biotin, two nutrients that are essential for hair growth.Eating adequate protein is important for hair growth because hair follicles are mostly made of protein.Biotin is essential for the production of a hair protein called keratin, which is why biotin supplements are often marketed for hair growth.
4)Spinach: A healthy green vegetable that’s loaded with beneficial nutrients like folate, iron, and vitamins A and C, all of which are important for hair growth.
A lack of the right nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D, and E, zinc, B vitamins, iron, biotin, protein, and essential fatty acids, may slow down hair growth or even cause hair loss.

If you have diabetes or insulin resistance can you eat Mango?
The answer is yes😍
Mangoes is a low GI food with Glycemic Index of 51
Foods with a low Glycemic Index will absorb and digest a bit slower in your tummy, making blood sugar levels climb slower.
Those foods with a high grade on the GI scale are often high in handling sugar and carbohydrates. This food gets digested with fast absorption, resulting in a faster rise in blood sugar levels and later fall.
Mango has a low GI and generally can be consumed by diabetics. All varieties of mangoes such as Hapus or Kesri have a low GI and ideal choice of foods for diabetic individuals. However, it’s ideal to consume small quantities first and review the glycemic changes.
Keeping your blood sugar under control is important, but it’s not the only measure of a food. Maintaining a healthy overall diet also means paying attention to how much nutrition a food packs, relative to the calories it provides – its “nutrient density” – as well as other factors such as its fiber content.
Mangos score very well when considered in that light. They’re high in vitamins C and A, contain the prized soluble fiber you find in beans and oatmeal, and also have a bit of potassium.

From regulating blood sugar levels to boosting athletic performance, magnesium is crucial for your brain and body.
Although it’s found in a variety of foods ranging from leafy greens to nuts, seeds, and beans, many people don’t get enough in their diet.
Having enough magnesium can benefit sleep and mood. It may also lower your risk for certain diseases and health conditions.
