• Lead and contribute to proposal development including concept notes, technical inputs, budgeting, and presentations

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻. Through our 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗦𝗲𝘄𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁.

• Increased adoption of early breastfeeding practices, including initiation within the first hour
• Reduced dependence on formula feeding in NICU/SNCU—lowering infection risks and complications
• Enhanced maternal confidence and awareness through continuous counselling
• Strengthened hospital systems with trained staff and integrated lactation support

Despite initial challenges such as limited awareness and operational constraints, continuous engagement, training, and collaboration with hospital stakeholders ensured successful implementation and adoption.

This is more than infrastructure—it is a system-level intervention improving neonatal survival, maternal care, and long-term health outcomes.

As we move forward, the focus is on 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸.
