What began as a clean, modern facade has gradually softened under the embrace of climbing vines and cascading greens. This merging of architecture and landscape blurs the line between built form and environment, creating a sense of timelessness. County 107 stands as a benchmark in luxury high-rise living, defined by precision, craftsmanship, and a distinctive architectural identity. Recognized with prestigious awards, the project reinforces our belief that exceptional design is achieved through intent, precision, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

"A space designed to sell a dream. Where each step, light and material is an impression.” Expansive volumes, double-height ceilings, and carefully framed views establish a sense of scale and grandeur.
The warm wood panels and deep-toned flooring create a rich and balanced design dialogue. The strategic layering of space offers a visual depth while maintaining functional clarity.

Office Tower | Rising 200 meters above the coast, this iconic office tower of a 30-acre mixed-use waterfront development stands as a sculptural landmark that defines the vertical core of the masterplan. The articulated fins enhance verticality while providing depth and texture to the façade.
The building’s reflective envelope captures the nuances of its surroundings, establishing a dynamic relationship between materiality, light, and form. Designed to embody clarity and restraint, the tower’s architecture balances aesthetic expression with structural efficiency, standing as a symbol of progress and identity within the evolving urban fabric.
