The place where we have stayed and enjoyed the trek. For the whole group the place was beyond the worldly existence of modern life.

Sometimes I listen to the stories of wise men in which they say that they have special powers to reborn in any form. We felt the same on this trek. This dog whom we called 'sheru' played a role of an old wise man. This dog was a stray who met us in Kasol and stuck with us. He climbed all the way with the group and used to sit and rest when we had a halt on the way. He even became our path finder. Most of the time he walked behind us so no one from the group stayed behind. He ate whatever we offered and twice he found water for us.
He used to stay ahead when he hear some uncommonly voices in jungle. He even shooed unfriendly animals for us on the way. He stayed with us in the resort in village and came down all the way back. He was truly behaved as an elderly soul.

The trek, the labor....

Many stories ----- She was tired, exhausted, tormented and with broken shoe soles but she did not loose her spirit. She lead and bent the rocky and challenging paths with her guts. She crushed the hard stones and thorned bushes with a smile. She converted the dense forest in to fairyland. She showed the girl power! A big clap to Surbhi Mittal, who did the trek with bandaged shoes :)

After a long trek we all were exhausted and tormented but when the trek ended to the much awaited, astonishing and culturally rich village we all said "the trek was worth" :) the cottage where we stayed was an awesome one, stuffed with Israelis, germans and french. Bob Marley and Trans music was in the air and we were witnessing the very tip of snow clad himalayan ranges in front of us. that night we all slept like a log.

And the trek continued... We were tired, exhausted, tormented, had broken soles, challenged by the rocky paths, steep hills, spider webs, dense bushes and reptiles but our spirits, smiles and bond kept us together and we all enjoyed this wonderful trek to this wonderful village of ancient history.

I don't know what to say, I don't know how to describe about it either. It's something beyond the words and the grammar of any language of the world.
It's something to feel from within, something to live from soul, It's KASOL.

Though its hard to define the charm of the place but still I'll try to thread it in words but somewhere in the deep I know that it's useless because it's something which can not be defined by insignificant words, its a place to feel.

KASOL is a calm, cool and enchanted piece of land on this globe. Its almost 535 Km away from Delhi via NH1 and NH21 in Himachal Pradesh.
All track is full with the magical sensation and thrilling curves of the road which give you the feel of a roller coaster's ride. When you entered in the gargantuan mountain range, you found yourself filled with wonder.
Torrent of Parvati river jounce you from within, uneven trek give you an even lesson of life. skyward tree of Devdar show you the importance of the land and root in the life.
Apart from this experience I got something more valuable, I found friends.

And the trek starts.... :)
Moments of trekking and reaching the destination :) Journey was as exciting, wonderful as the destination. Walking, trekking, climbing through zig zag paths, steep hills, water falls, stones and fairy land forests, we reached to an ancient, non motorable and no network coverage village where houses and people are cultured as people were from Satyuga were.
