BREAD:
Ingredients:
21/2 cups plain flour
11/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Luke warm milk
4-5 tbsp oil

Method:
Leave the yeast,sugar n warm water for proofing in a cup.
Once the yeast has risen make a dough with all the ingredients and kneed for atleast 10 min to get a smooth dough.
Put the dough in an oiled bowl n cover with cling film and put in a warm place for about 11/2 hours for it to double.
Once doubles again kneed for a min and place the dough in a nicely oiled bread baking container and cover with cling film and again leave for about 1/2 hour.
Once dough takes the shape of the container it’s ready to bake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180• for 20 min.
Bread is ready n cut in slices.
