For NGOs and development organisations, an annual report isn’t just a compliance document.
It’s where your work, your learning, and your impact come together as a story.
A well-written report builds trust, speaks to funders, strengthens partnerships, and clearly shows the change you’re creating on the ground.
At Development Partners Network (DPN), we work closely with corporates, governments, NGOs, and individuals committed to sustainable and equitable development. Our work spans:
📊 Project management
📝 Research, documentation & report writing
📈 Monitoring & evaluation
🎯 Fundraising & marketing support
💻 Information technology
👥 Capacity building & HR support
We help organisations make sense of their data and experiences, and turn them into clear, honest, and funder-ready annual reports that truly reflect their mission and impact.
Because when the work you do matters, the way you tell its story should too.
📩 Let your impact speak — clearly and confidently.

Development Partners Network is currently conducting an Impact Assessment Study across five villages—Gidhiya, Nigai, Chanchi Khurd, Dumar, and Kota—in Kone Block of Sonbhadra district, Uttar Pradesh. The study aims to independently assess the outcomes of watershed and water conservation interventions implemented to strengthen water security, agricultural productivity, and community resilience.

The assessment will document key works completed under the project, including 11,747 running meters of nala deepening and two check dams, and evaluate their impact on water availability, cropping patterns, livelihoods, ecological restoration, and social inclusion. Special attention is being given to understanding how these interventions have benefited women, smallholders, and marginalized communities.

As part of the study, the team is engaging closely with local stakeholders through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and field observations, while also building the capacity of Community Resource Persons (CRPs) to support robust and participatory data collection.

This exercise reflects our shared commitment to learning, accountability, and adaptive programming, ensuring that community-led water management initiatives are guided by evidence and grounded in local realities. The insights generated will inform future strategies and help scale sustainable, inclusive solutions for rural resilience.
