Just over twelve hours to go for A Slow Boat Around Sri Lanka. Excited and nervous and numb at the same time.

Finalised the road support. Excellent interaction with tuktukrental.com over the past many weeks. They have provided the tuktuk and arranged the driver, the latter being the more difficult thing to accomplish. Hat tip to Wietse and Andy in particular.

Apart from losing all my AA and AAA batteries at Bangalore security check (Delhi security did not have a problem) I now have less than an hour before I board the flight to Colombo.

I know one can travel without announcing it on Facebook, but I am so excited that I can't help posting this.
