About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Google My Business Management Executive to handle and optimize our/clients’ GMB profiles for better local visibility, calls, and walk-ins. The ideal candidate should understand local SEO, know how to manage reviews, and keep listings updated and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
1. GMB Profile Management
• Create, verify, and manage multiple Google My Business listings
• Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all listings
• Regularly update business information: timings, services, categories, website, etc.
• Upload high-quality photos, videos, and posts on GMB on a regular basis

2. Content & Posting
• Plan and publish GMB posts (offers, events, updates, blogs, FAQs, etc.)
• Write short, SEO-friendly content for GMB posts and updates
• Coordinate with design team for creatives/banners for GMB
3. Reviews & Ratings Management
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews (positive and negative) in a professional manner
• Draft reply templates and escalation process for sensitive reviews
• Encourage customers to share reviews through WhatsApp / SMS / email campaigns

4. Local SEO & Optimization
• Optimize listings with relevant local keywords, categories, and attributes
• Implement UTM tracking for GMB to measure traffic and leads
• Track local rankings, impressions, calls, and direction requests from GMB
• Coordinate with SEO team for local citations and directory listings

5. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports from GMB Insights & Google Analytics
• Track key metrics: calls, website clicks, direction requests, profile views, and reviews
• Share insights & suggestions to improve local visibility and lead generation

6. Coordination & Compliance
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations team for offers and updates
• Ensure no policy violation on GMB listings (fake reviews, misleading info, etc.)
• Raise and follow up issues with Google Support in case of suspension or listing problems

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Marketing / Business / IT or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing / SEO / GMB Management
• Good understanding of:
o Google My Business / Google Business Profile
o Basics of SEO & local SEO
o Google Analytics / Google Search Console (basic level)
• Strong written communication skills in English (Hindi or local language is a plus)
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting
• Ability to handle multiple locations/clients at the same time

Preferred (Good to Have)
• Experience with service/business categories like clinics, salons, real estate, local shops, etc.
• Knowledge of citation building, local directory submissions
• Basic knowledge of Canva / any design tool to create simple creatives
• Experience in handling negative reviews & online reputation management (ORM)

• Increase in calls and direction requests from GMB
• Growth in profile views and search impressions
• Number and quality of new reviews per month
• Improvement in local ranking for targeted keywords
• Accuracy and consistency of business information across all listings
