Why Clutter Should Be Avoided

The physical world we perceive around us makes up only about 1% of all creation—the remaining 99% is subtle and invisible. However, modern education largely conditions us to observe only what is tangible. In contrast, our ancient seers, through deep inner exploration, connected with this subtle dimension and developed sciences that integrated both the physical and subtle realms.

The universe itself emerged from sound and light. Every object we see holds a unique frequency or vibration. There is a constant energy exchange between everything that exists. When items in our homes are regularly used and cleaned, they retain a fresh and vibrant energy.

However, broken or unused objects—especially those neglected for long periods—begin to lose their vibrancy. Their energy becomes stale, and they start to attract lower vibrations. This is what we refer to as clutter. These stagnant items draw energy from their surroundings, particularly from the direction or area in which they are placed, thereby reducing the overall vitality of the space.

Living in a cluttered environment gradually diminishes our mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Just as our homes require energetic renewal, so do our bodies. Bathing serves as a cleansing ritual for the body, while sweeping and mopping restore the energy of our living spaces.

When going away on vacation, it's beneficial to leave a few lights on. A lit space helps maintain the energetic frequency of the home and prevents the accumulation of negative or stagnant energy in our absence.
