Here is an easy recipe you can try at home - It's like a cheela but korean!

*Recipe*

🥢Thinly slice some veggies of your choice and drop them in a pan with some oil. Make sure to lay the veggies flat covering the pan.

🥢 Make a pancake batter out of all purpose flavour / rice flour, water & salt and drop it on the pan. Make sure not to put a lot, just enough to coat the veggies. Shake a little so the batter can slip through the cracks.

🥢beat an egg and pour it over too. When the edges of the pancake seem slightly golden and dry, you can flip the pancake and cook it from both sides.

Enjoy this with lots & lots of kimchi and chilli oil. You can even add prawns or minced chicken to this if you like.
