We’re super excited to kick off Ceratizit India’s new production facility in Uluberia, West Bengal. The event was attended by some of the top folks from Ceratizit and Plansee Group.

Designed by Sabyasachi Sen & Associates (SSA), the new building is sleek, minimalist, and flexible—really shows Ceratizit's innovation in hard-metal solutions. Plus, sustainability was a big focus—energy-efficient and eco-friendly features throughout! 🌱

Gives me immense pleasure to announce that 'Navriti', the 35-acre industrial campus that SSA designed for Gainwell Engineering at Panagarh, West Bengal, has received the prestigious "Edge Advanced" Green Building Certification from IFC (a member of the World Bank Group).

This certification recognizes our cost-effective strategies in reducing energy and water consumption, as well as the embodied energy in materials.

This is a significant achievement, as very few industrial buildings in India have received this certification, and 'Navriti' is the very first of its kind in Eastern India.

Incredibly grateful to Sunil Chaturvedi, Group Chairman Gainwell for entrusting us with their first greenfield project, and to Jayanta Bhattacharya and his team for constant support.
