"भारतीय स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों का बलिदान: एक कहानी"
सूरज की लालिमा दिल्ली के आसमान को रंग रही थी, लेकिन यह दिन एक सामान्य दिन नहीं था। यह दिन था 10 मई 1857, जब भारत माता की स्वतंत्रता के लिए पहली चिंगारी जली थी। यह चिंगारी नहीं, बल्कि एक ज्वालामुखी था, जो अंग्रेजों के शासन को जलाकर राख करने के लिए तैयार था।
मंगल पांडे, एक युवा सिपाही, जिसकी आंखों में देश प्रेम की ज्वाला जल रही थी। उन्होंने एक ऐसे कारतूस का प्रयोग करने से इनकार कर दिया, जिसमें गाय और सूअर की चर्बी थी। यह अंग्रेजों की एक चाल थी, ताकि वे भारतीय सैनिकों के धर्म को भ्रष्ट कर सकें। लेकिन मंगल पांडे को यह बर्दाश्त नहीं था।
"हम अपने धर्म के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं करेंगे!" उन्होंने गर्जना की।
उनकी गर्जना ने अन्य सैनिकों में भी जोश भर दिया। उन्होंने अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ बगावत कर दी। मंगल पांडे को पकड़ लिया गया और फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई। लेकिन उनकी फांसी ने एक ऐसे आंदोलन को जन्म दिया, जिसने पूरे देश को हिलाकर रख दिया।

भगत सिंह, सुखदेव और राजगुरु जैसे युवा क्रांतिकारियों ने भी अपने प्राणों का बलिदान दिया। उन्होंने अंग्रेजों को यह संदेश दिया कि वे डरने वाले नहीं हैं। उन्होंने हंसते-हंसते फांसी के फंदे को गले लगाया और भारत माता की जय बोली।
यह सिर्फ कुछ कहानियां हैं। ऐसे हजारों-लाखों भारतीय स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे, जिन्होंने अपने जीवन को देश की आजादी के लिए कुर्बान कर दिया। उनके बलिदान की वजह से ही हम आज एक स्वतंत्र देश में सांस ले रहे हैं।
यह हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हम उनके बलिदान को कभी न भूलें और उनके सपनों के भारत का निर्माण करें, जहां हर कोई खुशी और सम्मान के साथ जी सके।

उन्होंने अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ बहादुरी से लड़ाई लड़ी। वे अपने घोड़े पर बैठकर, अपनी पीठ पर अपने बेटे को बांधकर, तलवार चलाती रही। वे एक शेरनी की तरह लड़ीं। हालांकि वे अंत में शहीद हो गईं, लेकिन उनकी बहादुरी ने हर भारतीय को यह सिखाया कि देश के लिए लड़ना ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म है।

i first became aware of arijits music when i watched Aashiqui 2 and heard Tum Hi Ho. I was proper spellbound by his voice, the song, the scene in the movie. I checked him out, and got in touch, and said whenever you wanna sing together i’m down. he was playing london, so i went to guest with him and sing Perfect there, it was an incredible show. I played him an early version of Sapphire in the dressing room, and he instantly had ideas for instruments and melodies. We then were pen pals over email for a bit, until I was in India for tour. I said to him, we should finish this in person, and he said, please come to my home town so I can show you my home and culture. I was with my dad on tour, which is a rarity to get so much one on one time with him. Me and him got a flight to Kolkata, then a 5 and a half hour drive to his home town. We arrived, went on a barge down the river which was stunning, then got a scooty back to the studio where we finished the song. Arijit taught me Punjabi and how to pronounce it all properly, and showed me Sitar. We then had dinner, and scooted around the village to see the sunset and moon with my dad. was a proper core memory i’l always cherish with my father, and i’m honoured to have created in this way with Arijit. He’s one of the most talented humans ive ever met, and i’m so grateful he shared his talent with me for this song. The full Punjabi version we recorded will be out in a couple of weeks, but until then I’ll be drip-feeding fun videos from our time together. enjoy !
