The Divine Bond of Yashoda and Krishna❤️
Maa Yashoda was the wife of Nanda Maharaj, the chieftain of Gokul. She was a simple and devout woman, known for her unwavering love and devotion. Though childless for many years, Yashoda’s prayers were finally answered when she was blessed with the divine child Krishna, whom she raised as her own, unaware of his divine origin.

Krishna’s Mischief and Yashoda’s Love❤️
As a child, Krishna was the epitome of mischief and charm. One of the most famous tales is that of the butter thief, where little Krishna would steal butter from the pots in the house and from the homes of the Gopis. Yashoda, often exasperated by his pranks, would try to discipline him, but Krishna’s innocent smile and playful nature would always melt her heart. One day, Yashoda decided to teach Krishna a lesson. She caught him with a pot of butter and, after a playful chase, she managed to catch hold of him. In her loving anger, she decided to tie him to a grinding stone to prevent him from causing more trouble. But every time she tried to tie him, the rope would fall short by just a little bit. Yashoda, determined, kept adding more rope, but to no avail. She was unaware that this was Krishna’s divine play, showing her that the infinite cannot be bound by the finite. Finally, seeing his mother’s exhaustion and sincerity, Krishna allowed himself to be tied, symbolizing the idea that the Divine can only be bound by love.
