Dear Mind
Let's have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while we enjoy conversations with our mind :)
02/11/2020
So often our mind goes on this route in search of-
Love
Appreciation
Sympathy
Beauty
Respect
Money
Passion
Peace
Wellbeing
Perfection
Ideal Vs Real
Morals Vs Rights
Needs
Wants
Family
Happiness
Rewards
Awards
Clarity
But all we need to look for is ME

Tip of the day!
This is simple but takes a hell lot of patience to sink in.
This has helped a lot of people being stuck in situations like anger out burst, over-thinking, demeaning oneself, abusive relationship, getting gaslighted, and bullied.

Hi there!
How often do we sit and observe ourselves?
Probably, only when we are looking in the mirror while getting ready.
But, otherwise, how often?
When did we last sit down even for just 15 minutes and really contemplate on our thoughts or our feelings? The moment we start getting negative thoughts, we just want to run away and avoid feeling them.
REFLECTION- it is not just limited to looking into our positive side but having a good look at our negative thoughts as well.
We are what we think. Henceforth, we are our own thoughts. Thoughts that can be positive or negative. We have to see what we choose to become and what needs to be altered.
The power of negative thoughts is such that it just mess up our mind so rapidly.
But, we should actually try to investigate the reason behind those negative thoughtsπ€π.
Then only we will be able to reflect peacefully without having any anxiety from the negativity.
