Our Founder Kanika Pandey Tewari recently spoke at Indian Society for Training and Development. It was her humble delight to speak at ISTD Mumbai chapter on Matter of Inclusion. She spoke about diversity in leadership styles and acknowledge the difference men and women bring to the table. The focus of her talk was behaviors, decision making styles, conflict resolution styles and our social communication.
