In an application moved by the ASV LEGAL team, the Delhi High Court recently directed the jail authorities to take steps to enable the former directors of M/s Cosmic Structures Ltd. to participate in the revival proceedings through virtual mode.

Can a bank retain the money lying in the PPF account of a loan guarantor?

In a writ petition filed by the ASV LEGAL team on behalf of the director of C&C Company, the Delhi High Court recently issued notice to the State Bank of India on whether the funds lying in the PPF account of the director could be retained by it pending the admission of the individual insolvency proceedings against
him as a personal guarantor.

Online education has remained inaccessible for students with disabilities during the pandemic. ASV LEGAL team filed a petition in June '21 with a detailed list of possible measures and guidelines to make online education accessible for all.
